I hoped to find the correct pronunciation of the grape 'Colombard' which, I am told, originated in France and was used for distilling brandy.However the grape is not even listed.

It is now grown in Thailand and a delicious white wine is produced.

I think it is pronounced KOL-um-BAH, my friend thinks it is kul-um-BAH - can anyone save a valued friendship?!
