Red wine recommendation

I personally love the wines from St Emillion (and the village is beautiful too).  This winter warmer will go down well at the Christmas lunch or dinner table and pairs fantastically with turkey, goose or just about any other meat you might be having!

White wine recommendation

I love most French Sauvignons and this one is one of my personal favourites.

Pouilly-Fume Les Ferrees 2006 is a classic example of a crisp, lemony Sauvignon, showing a typical flinty character and excellent as an aperatif or with fish.

Champage recommendation

There is a big focus on champagne in the run up to Christmas and the champagne offers are worth checking out.
